Barcelona speed camera fines have dropped by over a fifth this year, with the city’s ten most active devices issuing significantly fewer penalties.
According to municipal data, the top ten speed traps registered 133,036 fines in 2025, a sharp 20.6% decrease from the 167,550 recorded in 2024.
