The 2025 edition of Bizbarcelona hits Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc site on 15 and 16 October. The event brings together SMEs, shops and freelancers with a packed programme of 160 activities including conferences, workshops and networking sessions. It’s the must-attend spot for anyone running a business project in Barcelona.

Organised by Fira de Barcelona and backed by Barcelona Activa, Diputació de Barcelona, Pimec, the Metropolitan Area and the Barcelona Chamber, the fair wants to be the essential meeting point for entrepreneurs. The event features a zone with 75 exhibitors and participation from 170 speakers.

The programme tackles big questions like using artificial intelligence, managing finances, accessing grants, handling talent, boosting sales, marketing strategies and sustainability. Deputy Mayor for Economic Promotion Raquel Gil said Bizbarcelona will be “the support and guidance space that SMEs need to grow and successfully tackle digital and environmental transition”.
Speakers include heavyweights like Jordi Urbea from Ogilvy, Mònica Mendoza on commercial strategy, Laura Sallent on female leadership, and Selva Orejón on cybersecurity. Meanwhile, 45 interactive workshops cover AI, team management, customer communication, stress control and funding access.
The fair also organises 10 networking activities and a personalised advice space with over 50 experts. The ‘Village’ exhibition area brings together 75 companies and organisations presenting digital solutions, tax and labour advice, coworking spaces, training programmes and economic development schemes.
