Police also arrested a fifth person, aged 24, who was inside the property.

The four main suspects face charges of violating domicile and causing injuries. They tried accessing the property to remove the legal occupants, according to police sources.

Meanwhile, the fifth arrestee faces accusations of threats and document falsification.

During investigations, officers spotted several indicators that led them to request entry. The Investigation Unit then sought a search warrant.

Officers carried out the search on Thursday. They seized ‘various items of interest’ for the ongoing investigation.

Mossos confirm none of the detained have criminal records. Crucially, the residents weren’t squatters. They were legitimate occupants of the property.

This means police are investigating an ‘unofficial eviction’. Officers are working to clarify what prompted these actions.
