According to the official announcement, the timetables have been “specially designed” to facilitate connections with other flights across Europe and the Americas. Consequently, passengers will find it easier to plan multi-stop journeys.

Lucía Adrover, Level’s chief commercial & network officer, stated that this route represents a further step in consolidating the airline as Barcelona’s leading long-haul carrier. “We aim to continue contributing to the development of intercontinental connectivity from the city,” she explained. This strategic move comes as transport networks face evolving pressures and passenger demands shift.

With this launch, Level will become the only airline offering direct, non-stop flights between the two cities. This development is particularly noteworthy for the Catalan capital’s tourism and business sectors, which rely heavily on strong international links. Furthermore, it provides a new gateway for cultural and economic exchange between Catalonia and Peru.

Tickets for the Barcelona to Lima flights are now available for purchase through the airline’s website or via travel agencies. The airline is offering a special launch price starting from €319 for a one-way trip. This competitive pricing strategy is likely designed to stimulate initial demand and establish the route quickly in a competitive market.

The addition of Lima to Level’s network underscores Barcelona’s growing role as a major European aviation hub. It also reflects a broader trend of airlines seeking to connect European cities directly with key destinations in Latin America, bypassing traditional transfer points. Therefore, this new service is expected to appeal to both leisure travellers and business professionals seeking efficient travel options.
