A stallholder expressed cautious optimism about the plan. “It is a controlled satisfaction, because until there is absolute certainty, we will not be sure that they will not change their minds,” the vendor stated. The market has experience with nearby construction. “In recent years, they have built a building next door and reformed Pi i Margall twice, so the noise will be a lesser evil,” another stallholder commented, indicating readiness for potential noise.
