Mossos d’Esquadra dismantled a drug dealing operation in La Mina neighbourhood on Tuesday. Officers arrested three people and seized cocaine, cash, and weapons.

The bust targeted a selling point on Astronàutica Street in Sant Adrià de Besòs. Police detained two men, aged 61 and 31, plus a 30-year-old woman. All face charges for drug trafficking and membership of a criminal group.
Investigators started watching the location in mid-July. The dealer followed the same pattern every time. He met buyers on the street, collected payment, went inside alone to fetch the drugs, then delivered them.
The operation mainly sold cocaine and heroin. Those running the business provided daily stock to the street seller. They supplied more product when supplies ran low. This approach limited how much police could find in any raid.
On 8 October, Mossos executed two court-ordered raids. One targeted the sales location, whilst another focused on the bosses’ home, also in La Mina.
Officers seized 34.13 grams of cocaine and 2,500 euros in cash. They also found three replica firearms and two bladed weapons. The fake guns looked realistic enough to intimidate.
The three suspects appeared before a Badalona investigating magistrate on 10 October. This operation forms part of ongoing police actions against drug dealing and weapons in La Mina.
