Taxi driver arrested after a violent altercation in Santa Coloma de Gramenet escalated into a deliberate hit-and-run incident.

The Mossos d’Esquadra detained a 30-year-old man on December 2nd for allegedly using his taxi to run over another man on Passeig de la Pollancreda.
