Toy Factory tickets at Fabra i Coats have sold out in record time this year, disappearing in under 30 minutes.
According to municipal sources speaking to Tot Barcelona, the annual festive event is one of the city’s most sought-after Christmas activities for families.
Registrations opened at 10:00 AM and were completely exhausted before 10:30 AM.

This represents an even faster sell-out than previous years; tickets lasted less than an hour in 2024 and 2022, and two hours in 2023. Consequently, securing a spot has become a near-impossible challenge, akin to getting tickets for a major international concert.
Why The Toy Factory Demand Is Soaring
The magical workshop, where elves and magical workers prepare gifts for the Three Kings to deliver on January 5th, captivates children. Furthermore, they can witness toys being finished and even hand over their letters to the Kings. The combination of free admission and immersive festive magic creates what officials describe as “authentic madness” to get a pass each December.
This year, the Toy Factory will be open from December 27th to January 4th, closing only on December 31st and January 1st. Operating hours are consistently from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The event’s location within the Fabra i Coats complex in Sant Andreu adds to its unique, industrial charm.
The phenomenon highlights the enduring popularity of traditional, community-focused Christmas events in Barcelona. Meanwhile, other seasonal attractions also draw large crowds, as seen with the recent unveiling of a golden bust of footballer Aitana Bonmatí at Ciutadella Park.
