Port Fòrum hosted a special morning on 20 September when Urban Sketchers Barcelona brought together around 100 artists. The non-profit organisation promotes and supports events that spread knowledge about street drawing. Each artist captured different corners of the port in their own style before wrapping up with drinks at La Cantina.

The creativity doesn’t stop there. From mid-October, you’ll be able to see a selection of these drawings on banners hanging from Port Fòrum’s lamp posts. The artists donated their work, and several port companies are collaborating to turn the harbour walkways into an open-air gallery for everyone.
Urban Sketchers Barcelona is a non-profit dedicated to encouraging people to draw outdoors. The organisation runs events that help people learn and improve their street sketching skills. Meanwhile, the Port Fòrum event gave members a chance to explore and interpret the harbour’s unique architecture and atmosphere.
The preview attracted over 1,500 TibiClub members who got a first look at what’s coming. The combination of art, community and the port setting created an atmosphere that left everyone wanting to come back for more. It’s the kind of event that shows how public spaces can become canvases for local creativity.
