The Barnasants singer-songwriter festival will hold its 31st edition from 27 January to 10 May 2026, featuring 59 concerts across Barcelona and its metropolitan area, betevé reported.
Renowned artist Lluís Llach will open the festival with a double concert at the Palau de la Música Catalana. This iconic venue, a UNESCO World Heritage site, provides a grand setting for the opening. Llach's performance, titled 'Gener 76', commemorates the 50th anniversary of the transition concerts. These historical events marked a significant period in Spain's move towards democracy.

The festival features a diverse lineup. Artists such as Marc Parrot, Raül Refree, and Aïda Tarrío will perform. Italian singer Carmen Consoli will also appear with the Orquestra de Cambra de l'Empordà (OMAC). Other notable artists include Feliu Ventura and Mazoni. The programme also includes a tribute to Spanish rock musician Robe Iniesta. Concerts will take place in various venues throughout Barcelona and its surrounding metropolitan area.
