Rodalies, the regional commuter rail operator, confirmed the disruptions. The R3 line interruption occurred due to an issue with the railway infrastructure itself. Meanwhile, the R14 line experienced a double incident: a fire close to the tracks and a separate infrastructure problem at Montblanc station. Rodalies stated that a copper theft caused these issues on the R14 line.
